So what do you think makes you trust a company with your business? Is it the size of the company or the skills and dedication of the people who breathe within the Office space of the company?
We knew the answer when we started with our team building. We knew that we are looking for people who love their work, who know that technologies grow and so should we. We knew that people will come to us when they see that we are thinking for them and taking their burden off them, when we treat their projects as ours. We also knew that more than the years of experience in the industry, we also need fresh ideas, those that are ready to explore newer things without sticking to the recieved wisdom.
And so we started as a blend of experience and fresh talent, that could move with times.
We are a group of young and enthusiastic developers and designers who have a cumulative experience of more than 60 years. IDEA in fact is an abbreviation that stands for "ICT for Development, Empowerment & Action". We define ourselves as a self sustaining software venture where we provide quality solutions in web technologies to people who are keen on giving their businesses and efforts a new dimension. The earnings we make through our services are used to induct new promising talent to the organization, as also fund areas like e-governance in state governing bodies, education solutions to schools and universities and entrepreneurship development amongst enterprising youth.
We started as a cohesive group in 2007, with just 4 people. We decided to put up our offices at Panchkula (250 km north of Delhi), a small serene city in the foothills of Himalayas.
We started with a few clients, who trusted what we said and did. They loved us and came back to us asking for more. They were instrumental in encouraging us as our team grew, we continued looking for new talent, all those who were keen on learning, and moving ahead. We have in these years catered to groups located over all the continents.
In 2009, we established our Business Development Center at Houston, Texas. The center is intended to provide ongoing support to our US and Canada based clients.
